This morning I made a fiber packed Protein Shake. 1 frozen banana 8 oz unsweetened coconut milk 3 Tbsp hemp seeds 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds 1 Tbsp ground flax seeds -Blend until smooth and enjoy! This 8 oz drink contained at least 11 grams of protein, (3 Tbsp of hemp seeds have 11 grams). It was delicious and held me over a couple of hours until i had time to sit down to eat.
